DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 30, 2009, marks the annual celebration of corn, rice and flower festival of the City of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 30, 2009, as special (non-working) day in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
