RESERVING A PORTION OF THE LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 215553 ISSUED IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AS SCHOOL SITE FOR SAN PEDRO APARTADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN PEDRO APARTADO, MUNICIPALITY OF ALCALA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a portion of the land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 215553 issued in the name of the Republic of the Philippines as school site of San Pedro Apartado Elementary School, situated in Barangay San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot No. 23, Blk. 18, Psd-01-06014, being a portion of Lot 3-11, 5665-B, situated in Brgy. San Pedro Apartado, Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. The tract or tracts of land herein shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines-Department of Education.
