AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 936 DATED AUGUST 11, 1997, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF OLONGAPO BY SEGREGATING A PORTION OF LOT 3485, TS-308 FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF ASINAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (DepEd)
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 936 dated August 11, 1997, which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain located in the City of Olongapo, by segregating a portion of Lot No. 3485, Ts-308 for school site purposes of Asinan Elementary School and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines – Department of Education (DepEd), which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing true; date of original survey, March 9, 1962 and that of the subdivision survey September 5, 2003 and was approved on June 28, 2005.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue Special Patent in favor of the Department of Education covering the land subject of this Proclamation.
