WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 18, 2009, marks the Tawo-Tawo Festival of the City of Bayawan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.£A⩊phi£

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 18, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan.1âшphi1
