DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, Friday, June 27, 2008, marks the celebration of the 425th Foundation Day anniversary in the Province of Cagayan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cagayan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPACAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 27, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Cagayan.1aшphi1
