DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2008, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Monday, February 11, 2008, marks the 10th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Talisay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 11, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
