DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, October 24, 2007, marks the celebration of the feast day of St. Raphael, the Archangel, patron saint of the Municipality of Pili, Camarines Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 24, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur.1aшphi1
