DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 16, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 16, 2007, marks the patronal city fiesta of the City of Tuguegarao dubbed as “Pav-vurulun Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 16, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.1aшphi1
