RESERVING A PORTION OF LOT NO. 3959, CAD 689-D, BARAS CADASTRE, SITUATED IN BARANGAY PINUGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF BARAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, FOR THE USE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE – SPECIAL ACTION FORCE (PNP-SAF) AS HEADQUARTERS AND TRAINING CAMP SITE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement or other forms of disposition, and reserve in favor of the Philippine National Police – Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) for their use as headquarters and training camp sites, under the administration of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, a portion of Lot No. 3959, CAD 689-D, Baras Cadastre, located at Barangay Pinugay, Municipality of Baras, Province of Rizal, measuring a total area of three million six hundred eighty-four thousand six hundred twelve (3,684,612) square meters, more or less, particularly described as follows:

The parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until declared alienable again by the President.
