AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 204 DATED 21 OCTOBER 1999 WHICH RESERVED FOR THE MODERN SATELLITE GRAINS CENTER OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN BARRIO LIWAN WEST, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF TO THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby grant ownership of the land covered by Proclamation No. 204 dated October 21, 1999, which established the Modern Satellite Grains Center, in Barrio Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, in favor of the National Food Authority and authorize the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to issue a Special Patent in favor of NFA.

Bounded on the SW., along lines 10-1-2 by road 20 meters wide; on the NW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7 by Road 10 meters wide; on the NE., along line 7-8 by Lot 5628-A, Csd-2-05-003853 (Identical to Lot 8332, Pls-245); on the SE along line 8-9 by Road 10 meters wide. Containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) SQUARE METERS. All points are marked on the ground as follows: point 7 and 8 by BL cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearing true. Date of original survey was on 04 August 1949 to 31 July 1951 and that the subdivision survey was executed by Engineer Ceferino B. Soriano on 10 June 1955 and was approved on 11 September 1985.
NOTE:
This proclamation is subject to the condition of the DPWH that a 2.5- meter wide within subject lot abutting the road of 10 meters in width be segregated for right of way reservation to comply with the provisions of E.O. No. 113, series of 1955.1aшphi1
