RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF QUIRINO STATE COLLEGE SITUATED AT BARANGAY ANDRES BONIFACIO, MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for School Site Purposes of Quirino State College, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land identified as Lot No. 65938, Cad 211, equivalent to approved survey plan, Ccn (af) 02-000004-D, a consolidation of Lot Nos. 24218, 24219, 24403, 24404 and 50086, Cad-211, all surveyed for Quirino National Agricultural School Site, situated in the Barangay of Andres Bonifacio, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 4848 (port) Cad 211; on the NE., and W., along lines 3-4-5 by oval playground (claimed by LGU); on the W., along line 5-6 by Andres Bonifacio Elementary School site; on the W., S., and S.W., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot 4826 (port), Cad 211; on the N., and SW., along lines 9-10-11-12-13 by Plan H.V. 52188 of Virginia D. Aguada, on the N.W., along lines 13-14-15-16 by Lot 6527 (port), Cad 211; on the NE., along lines 16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25 by Provincial Road (15.00 meters wide); and on the S., along lines 25-26-1 by Municipal Road.

Containing an area of Four Hundred Seventy Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three (473,153) square meters more or less.1aшphi1 All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Old P.S. cyl. conc. mos. 15 x 60 cms. in diameter and 20 x 20 cms. conc. posts. Bearings true. The consolidation subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Raymundo C. Orpia on August 8-9, 2000 and was approved on October 13, 2000.

The area covered by the Proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Commission on Higher Education, which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared as alienable by Proclamation of the President.
