RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BALLANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BALLANG, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Ballang, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land identified as Lot 5123-C, Csd-af-02-003109-D equivalent to Lot 15181, Pls-570, being a portion of Lot 5123, Pls-570 as surveyed for the Municipal Government of Buguey, situated in the Barangay of Ballang, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NW along line 1-2 by Lot 5125, Pls-570, on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 5123-B, Csd-af-02-003109-D, on the SE., along line 3-4 by Barrio Road; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 5121, Pls-570; and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Lot 5124, Pls-570.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S., 89 deg. 09W., 2,574.82 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-570;

Bearings true. The original survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Pedro Brillantes and that of the subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Jaime C. Costales, Jr. on June 9, 2005 and was approved on July 25, 2005.
