RESERVING A PARCEL OF FORESHORE LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PUNTA ENGAÑO, CITY OF LAPU-LAPU, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ISLAND OF MACTAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MARINE ACCIDENT RESPONSE/AIDS TO NAVIGATION (MAR/ATN) SUPPORT BASE OF THE PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD (PCG)
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcel of land of the public domain for the construction of a Marine Accident Response/Aids to Navigation (MAR/ATN) support base of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) under the administration of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (SK-07-000035) situated in Barangay of Punta Engaño, City of Lapu-Lapu, Province of Cebu, Island of Mactan.
Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 5011, Opon Cadastre (Alfredo Mancao, et al); on the SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Public Land, on the NW., and SW., along lines 4-5-6-7-8 by Magellan Bay with Legal Easement (20.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 8-9-10-1 by Public Land.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 13-57W., 772.55 meters from BM No. 29, Opon Cadastre, thence:

Dated of original survey February 15, 2002 was executed by Geodetic Engineer Leopoldo C. Tuastumban and approved on June 01, 2005.
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
