DECLARING THE AREA COVERED BY THE MT. INAYAWAN RANGE, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NUNUNGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS MT. INAYAWAN RANGE NATURAL PARK
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested upon by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare the area covered by MT. INAYAWAN RANGE, situated in the Municipality of Nunungan, Province of Lanao del Norte, as Protected Area under the category of Natural Park, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the indigenous peoples as provided for in RA No. 8371, DENR Adm. Order No. 93-02 and other rules and regulations:
The Mt. Inayawan Range Natural Park shall have the following description to wit:

It shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the NIPAS Act of 1992 and its implementing rules and regulations.
