DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Friday, September 7, 2007, marks the 425th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 7, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.1aшphi1
