DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 2, 2007, marks the celebration of the 57th Adlaw Hong Butuan, the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 2, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.1aшphi1
