DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 4, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 4, 2007, marks the 40th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 4, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
