DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 2, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Monday, July 2, 2007, marks the 40th Foundation day anniversary of the Province of Davao Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Davao Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 2, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Davao Oriental.1aшphi1
