CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE DISCOVERY CENTRE LOCATED ALONG ADB AVENUE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, METRO MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-237 dated 29 December 2000 and 27 July 2004, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Discovery Centre, a building which stands on a 2,346-square meter lot, more or less, located along ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 4, Blk 12-A of the consolidation-subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs-18817 being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10, Block 12 (LRC) Psd-144362, L.R.C. (GLRO) Rec. Nos. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Bo. of Oranbo, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.
