CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG LAPASAN HIGHWAY, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolutions No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and 07-143 dated 18 April 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the Ororama Megacenter, which stands on a certain parcel of land of the private domain, located along Lapasan Highway, Cagayan de Oro City, with an area of Eight Thousand Fifty Two (8,052) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 926-B-2, Psd-10-012208, being a portion of Lot 926-B, (LRC) Psd-95750), situated in the Barrio of Lapasan, City of Cagayan de Oro, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 8-1 by Lot 926-B-1, (Road Widening); on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 926-N, (LRC) Psd-95750; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 926-F, (LRC) Psd-95750; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2080; on the NW., along line 4-5-6 by Lot 925, both of Cad-237, Cagayan Cadastre, along line 6-7-8 by Lot 926-G, (LRC) Psd-95750.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N., 89 deg. 36' W., 88.02 m. from BLLM No. 41, Cad-237, Cagayan Cadastre:
