RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF UGAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SITUATED IN BARANGAY STA. ROSA, MUNICIPALITY OF IGUIG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Ugac Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Sta. Rosa, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 2, Ccn-(af)-02-000007, a consolidation of Lot 1953 & 1997, Pls-601-D as surveyed for Ugac Elementary School, situated in the Barrio of Sta. Rosa, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1; Road of the Subdivision Plan; on the W., along line 2-3 by Road; (6.0 meters wide); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1999; on the SE., and NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 1996; on the NE., along line 6-7 by Lot 1955; on the SE., along line 7-8 by Lot 1954; and on the SW., along line 8-1 by Barrio Road (10.00 meters wide), all of Pls-601-D.
Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being N. 39-15 W., 3021.26 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-601-D, thence:

Mons. 15 x 40 cms. in diameter. Bearings true. And that of the Subdivision Survey was executed by Geodetic Engr. Pedro Antonio H. Lingan on September 20, 2001 and was approved on December 12, 2001.1aшphi1
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
