DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Monday, February 12, 2007, marks the 9th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 12, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.1aшphi1
