DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the Province of Cagayan celebrates the St. Paul University Philippines Week on January 20-26, 2007;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan requested that Monday, January 22, 2007, be declared a non-working holiday;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
