AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 200-A, DATED MAY 22, 1967, WHICH RESERVED FOR NATIONAL IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN SAN NICOLAS, PARDO (NOW PART OF CEBU CITY) AND TANGKE, TALISAY (NOW TALISAY CITY), PROVINCE OF CEBU, BY RESERVING A CERTAIN PORTION THEREOF AS THE CEBU SOUTH RECLAMATION PROJECT AND TRANSFERRING ITS OWNERSHIP TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF CEBU, AND DECLARING SUCH AREA AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 200-A dated May 22, 1967 which reserved for national improvement purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain located in San Nicolas, Pardo (now part of Cebu City) and Tangke, Talisay (now Talisay City), Cebu, Island of Cebu, by reserving a certain portion thereof containing an aggregate area of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (2,956,929) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as the Cebu City South Reclamation Project, transferring its ownership to the City Government of Cebu, and declaring such area alienable and disposable, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual ground survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-A), being a portion of Lot 1, SK-07-000037, situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-B), being a portion of Lot 1, SK-07-000037, situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Channel; on the N., and NE., along lines 2-3-1 by Lot 1-A, SK-07-000037, SRP.

Beginning on a point marked “1” on plan being S. 40 deg. 18' E., 1,643.88 meters from BM No. 55, Cad. 12, Cebu Cadastre, thence;

N. 49 deg. 35' W., 244.82 m. to point 2;

N. 87 deg. 38' E., 92.19 m. to point 3;

S. 30 deg. 08' W., 187.88 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THREE (7,663) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent in the name of the City Government of Cebu subject to the conditions stated in this Proclamation.
