RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS CONCEPCION AND GENERAL HUGHES, CITY OF ILOILO AS SOCIALIZED HOUSING SITE OPEN FOR DISPOSITION IN FAVOR OF THE QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of land situated in Barangays Concepcion and General Hughes, City of Iloilo containing an aggregate area of Fifty Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five (55,155) square meters as socialized housing site open for disposition in favor of the qualified beneficiaries, under the administration of the National Housing Authority (NHA), subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

The above parcels of land located in Brgy. Gen. Hughes contains a total area of Six Thousand Fifty One (6,051) square meters.
The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent covering the area herein reserved for socialized housing purposes in favor of the National Housing Authority.
The National Housing Authority (NHA) shall reimburse the national government the value of the land after the final payment of the areas reserved for socialized housing purposes by the qualified beneficiaries.
A Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) is hereby created composed of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) as Chair, the City Government of Iloilo as Co-Chair, and Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Presidential Commission on Urban Poor (PCUP), and the representative of the homeowners association as members. The LIAC shall prepare the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of this proclamation.
