DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANAUAN, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 10, 2004, marks the 3rd Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Tanauan, Batangas;
WHEREAS, March 9 marks the birth anniversary of former President Jose P. Laurel;
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tanauan be given full opportunity to celebrate these two (2) occasions with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tanauan, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
