WHEREAS, the City of Laoag celebrate its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. William the Hermit on Tuesday, February 10, 2004;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.
