RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF MALAGOS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN MALAGOS, BAGUIO DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Malagos Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 304-B, Psd-23447), situated in Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along line 3-4 by the Municipal Road; on the E., along line 4-5 by Lot 304-C, on the S., along line 5-1 by lot 304-C, along line 1-2 by lot 304-A and on the W., along line 2-3 by Lot 304-A, all of Psd-23447. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being N. 11 deg. 29W., 630.24 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 3, Cad. 174, Guianga Cadastre thence:

S. 87 deg. 32W.,	42.05 m. to point 2;
N. 00 deg. 49E.,	98.91 m. to point 3;
N. 48 deg. 50E.,	100.00 m. to point 4;
S. 00 deg. 30W.,	162.80 m. to point 5;

point of beginning, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE (9,775) SQUARE METERS.1aшphi1 All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true. Date of original survey July 1920-June 1922, and that of the Subdivision Survey; February 15, 1947 by Roman Joaquin and was approved on November 8, 1948.
