DECLARING SUNDAY, MARCH 14, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI

WHEREAS, Sunday, March 14, 1999, marks the Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Passi;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Sunday, March 14, 1999, as a special day in the City Passi.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the SEAL of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
