RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MANGELEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MANGELEN, MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Mangelen Elementary School a parcel of land situated in the Barrio of Mangelen, Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 6846, on the NW., and NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 6847, all of Pls-73, on the NE., along line 6-7 by Road; and on the NE., and SE., along lines 7-8-1 by Lot 7787, Pls-73.
