RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BANNAWAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BANNAWAG, MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Bannawag Elementary School, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barrio Bannawag, Municipality of President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 9371, Pls-73), situated in the Barrio of Bannawag, Municipality of Pres. Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao.1aшphi1 Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by ROAD; all of Pls-73. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N 000 32" W, 553.85 m from B.L.L.M. No. 30, Pls-73, thence:

S.	44014" E.,	211.43 m. to point 3;
S.	43027" W.,	102.21 m. to point 4;
N.	44013" W.,	38.54 m. to point 5;
N.	44000" W.,	225.17 m. to point 6;

N.	43032" E.,	100.02 m. to point of

beginning. Containing an area of THIRTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO (30,632) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by BL. Cyl. Conc. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing True; Date of the Original Survey on October 1946 – February 20, 1952 and surveyed by P. Apostol and approved on May 21, 1955.
