RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO CENTRAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the President Quirino Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land situated in Poblacion, Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
