DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1999 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Friday, February 26, 1999, marks the 62nd Charter Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, February 26, 1999 as a special day in Zamboanga City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
