RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CONCEPCION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CONCEPCION, MUNICIPALITY OF MACO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Concepcion Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Concepcion, Municipality of Maco, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:
