DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INDANG, PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Indang will be celebrating its Foundation Anniversary on Wednesday, December 1, 1999;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Municipality of Indang desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their towns history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 1, 1999, as a special day in the Municipality of Indang, Province of Cavite.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
