DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABUCGAYAN, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cabucgayan will be celebrating its 50th Foundation Anniversary on Monday, November 15, 1999;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Municipality of Cabucgayan desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their towns history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, November 15, 1999, as a special day in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Biliran.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
