RESERVING AS MODERN SATELLITE GRAINS CENTER SITE OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO LIWAN WEST, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Modern Satellite Grains Center Site purposes of the National Food Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 5628-B, Csd-2-05-003853, being portion of Lot No. 5628, Pls-245) situated at Barrio Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along lines 10-1-2 by road 20 meters wide; on the NW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7 by road 10 meters wide; on the NE., along line 7-8 by Lot 5628-A, Csd-2-05-003853 (Identical to Lot 8332, Pls-245); on the SE., along line 8-9 by road 10 meters wide.1aшphi1 Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 5628-B, Csd-2-05-003853, (Identical to Lot 8333, Pls-245) being N. 71-06 W., 353.58 m. from BLLM # 41, Pls-245, thence:

All points are marked on the ground as follows: points 7 & 8 by BL cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true. Date of original survey was on 01 August 1949 to 31 July 1951 and that the subdivision survey was executed by Engineer Ceferino B. Soriano on 10 June 1955 and was approved on 11 September 1985.
NOTE:
This proclamation is subject to the condition of the DPWH that a 2.5 meters wide within subject lot abutting the road of 10 meters in width be segregated for right of way reservation to comply with the provisions of E.O. No. 113, series of 1955.
