AUTHORIZING THE DAVAO BOYS TOWN WELFARE ACTION FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Davao Boys Town Welfare Action Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization that has been deeply involved in the protection of young boys who were either neglected or abandoned and are staying and cared for at the BOYSTOWN located in Ma-a, Davao City;

WHEREAS, the Davao Boys Town Welfare Action Foundation, Inc. needs the support of all civic spirited citizens to enable the organization to carry on with its laudable projects for the BOYSTOWN;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Davao Boys Town Welfare Action Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this proclamation.1aшphi1
