[ Proclamation No. 175, September 7, 1999 ]

AUTHORIZING THE FILIPINO WAR VETERANS FOUNDATION (FILVETS), INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 29 dated October 8, 1998, the Filipino War Veterans Foundation (FILVETS), Inc., was authorized to conduct a national fund campaign during the period from October 8, 1998 to October 8, 1999;

WHEREAS, the Filipino War Veterans Foundation (FILVETS), Inc., needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
