DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALICIA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Alicia will be celebrating its 50th Golden Anniversary on Tuesday, September 28, 1999;

WHEREAS, it was on such a date that former President Elpidio Quirino signed Executive Order No. 268 which made Alicia a Municipality;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Municipality of Alicia desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their towns history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987 do hereby declare Tuesday, September 28, 1999, as a special day in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
