DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Friday, September 17, 1999, marks the 47th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur should be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, September 17, 1999, as a special day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
