RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY STA. MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAUAG, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, a certain parcel of land, situated in Barangay Sta. Maria, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, Ts-350, Calauag, Quezon, identical to Lot 6280, Cad-206) situated in Barangay Sta. Maria, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 4045 (Portion), Cad-206; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 152; on the E., along line 3-4 by Lot 135; along line 4-5 by Lot 134; along line 5-6 by Lot 133; on the SE., along line 6-7 by Lot 132; and along line 7-8 by Lot 131; all of Ts-350; and on the SW., along 8-1 by Lot 3997 (Jose dela Costa), Cad-206, Calauag, Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 1, Ts-350, being N. 67 deg. 18W., 1177.24 m. from BBM No. 38, Calauag Cadastre, thence;
