DECLARING AN AREA FOR MUNICIPAL PARK AND RECREATION AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PONTEVEDRA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare an area for Municipal Park and Recreation Area of the Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental containing an area of 197,381 square meters subject to private rights if any there by and to final delimitations and survey which portions are more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land for Municipal Reservation situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros.
Bounded on the SE by FIS-4875-D; on the NE by Residential Private Lots; on the NW and WEST by Guimaras Strait and on the SOUTH by Public Land;
Beginning at a point marked a “1” on plan being N 27° 42" W. 180.86 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 2, Pontevedra Cadastre, thence;
