CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY LA MESA, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916
Upon recommendation of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and pursuant to the power vested in me under Republic Act 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 98-204-A dated 26 August 1998 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, certain parcels of private land located in Brgy. La Mesa, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, with a total area of THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (30,148) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

“A parcel of Land (Lot 3110-A, Psd-69135 as shown on plan, Sp-or-001202, L.R.C. Record No.____), situated in the Barangay of La Mesa, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3551-G; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3110-B; along line 3-4 by Lot 3110-C; along line 4-5 by Lot 3110-D, all of Psd-69135; on the E., along line 5-1 by Existing Road and Lot 1528, Calamba Cadastre.
