ESTABLISHING THE R. T. LIM LIVESTOCK AND ANIMAL COMPLEX OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, REGION IX, WESTERN MINDANAO, COVERING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF FOREST LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS TARUC AND SIAWANG, RESELLER T. LIM, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Livestock Animal Complex under the administration of the Department of Agriculture, as hereunder indicated, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcels of forest land of the public domain situated in Barangays Taruc and Siawang, R.T. Lim, Zamboanga del Sur which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at point Corner “1” on map being N 58 degrees 15" E, 854.80 m. from UTM monuments 853 N and 440 E.1aшphi1

containing an area of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY AND 88/100 (230.88) hectares. All points referred to are indicated on the attached map. All boundaries are subject to actual survey using precise instruments and establishment of permanent corners on the ground.
There is hereby excluded from the operation of this proclamation a strip of land 20 meters in width from the highest bank of any stream for stream bank protection.
The development of the area as a livestock breeding farm shall be subject to the Environmental Impact Assessment and issuance of Environmental Compliance Certificate.
The area shall automatically revert to its former status as timberland in the event that the same is no longer needed as animal and livestock complex.
