DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 5, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 5, 1999, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, August 5, 1999, as a special day in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon.1aшphi1
