DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 19, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Digos will be celebrating its 50th Golden Anniversary on Monday, July 19, 1999;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their towns history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, July 19, 1999, as a special day in the Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
