SEGREGATING CERTAIN AREAS FROM THE PARCELS OF LAND ORIGINALLY COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (TCT)-6735 IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARAÑAQUE AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION TO ACTUAL OCCUPANTS BY THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (NHA) IN COORDINATION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF COMMONWEALTH ACT 141 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby exclude and segregate certain areas covered by TCT No. 6735 in the name of the Republic of the Philippines under the administration of the Manila International Airport Authority and declaring the same open for disposition to actual occupants by the National Housing Authority in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, pursuant to the provisions of C.A. 141 otherwise known as the Public Land Act which parcels are now particularly described as follows:

The areas covered by this Proclamation shall be subject to final survey.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall convey to the National Housing Authority the necessary Special Patent upon approval of the boundary survey.
The National Housing Authority is hereby authorized to dispose and administer the lots to bona fide and qualified residents in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 7279. Said agency shall formulate the guidelines in the disposition of the areas and shall likewise prepare a master plan for the development of sites in coordination with the local government units of Parañaque City.1aшphi1
All proclamations/order inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, suspended and/or amended.
