RESERVING CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN POBLACION, PONTEVEDRA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL AS MUNICIPAL PARK AND RECREATIONAL AREA
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve as Municipal Park and Recreational Area under the administration of the Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, a parcel of land of the public domain located in Poblacion, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, subject to private rights, if any there by, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (known as Pontevedra R. L. Subdivision Project, (RI-06-000001) Ng-06-000010) situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Pontevedra, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros.
Bounded on the NE., along lines 13-14-15 by Public Land (Ng-06-000028), along line 15-1 by Justica St., along line 1-2 by Lot 8, along line 2-3 by Lot 7, along line 3-4 by Mabini St., along line 4-5 by Lot 6, along line 5-6 by Lot 5, along line 6-7 by Cortez St., (Calle Gen. Luna) and corner 7 by Lot 97, all of Pontevedra Cadastre; on the SE., along lines 7-8-9-10 by Public Land (Ng-06-000027); on the SW., along line 10-11 by Guimaras Strait; on the NW., along lines 11-12-13 by Marayo River. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 37057" W., 98-79 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 2, Pontevedra Cadastre, thence:

And all points not otherwise described as P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true, surveyed by Engr. Ponciano S. Bautista on February 17-18, 1984.
The Municipal Government of Pontevedra shall relocate the occupants of the area, provide disturbance compensation package to the displaced occupants, and shoulder other relocation expenses attended thereto.
