DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 2, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG

WHEREAS, Friday, July 2, 1999, marks the 426th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Pasig;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Pasig wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, July 2, 1999, as a special day in the City of Pasig.
